Philosophy

“Only parents of children with special needs understand what it truly means for a child to be gifted. It might look like a curse to others, but the child is nothing short of a blessing for their parents, who find a different type of motivation to keep working hard and despite all that, never get tired.” – Erica Contreras, Founder PEDIATRIC STARS PPECC, LLC.

 Health & Safety

The center will ensure all proper measures are taken and follow all CDC guidelines to ensure your child is safe at the center.
