 Enrollment Information 

To get started the child needs to be referred by a physician. A letter of medical necessity from the physician needs to be requested showing diagnosis, plan of care, and current medication and treatments. This letter gets submitted to insurance for approval. Once approved, the insurance company will list the service that should be provided, hours, and amount of days for services provided.  

6 weeks to 6 yrs old (certain cases will be considered)
Infants, toddler, and pre-k
Special needs children who are in medically fragile conditions or technologically dependent children.

Payment

Payments are through medical insurance. Therefore the child needs to get approval from their insurance companies for skilled nursing services.

Self pay option is available if needed.

Insurances now accepted: Amerihealth Caritas, UPMC, Highmark Wholecare

 Snacks & Lunches 

Each caregiver has to bring their child's food, formula, diapers, medications, and special equipment.
